Online appointment booking

When your pharmacy has ZipScripts, your patients can book vaccination appointments without making a phone call. The app has an easy to use calendar interface to select an open time slot. Pharmacy staff are notified of the appointment request by email. Patients are notified in the app when their appointment is confirmed. See all your upcoming appointments on the web from any device.

Scan New Prescriptions

ZipScripts advanced scanning technology makes it easy for patients to send you a new a paper prescription. The patient simply takes a photo of the prescription paper using their smart phone. The app will take care of cropping out the background cleaning up the image before sending it to the pharmacy.

At the pharmacy, you will receive notification of the order by fax or email. When the order is ready for pickup, the pharmacist can send the patient an in-app message.

Send Refill Requests

With ZipScripts, it is easy for your patients to request a refill. The patient simply enters a prescription ID from their medication bottle and the time when they would like to pick up their order. They can also attach a note to let you know about special instructions or to arrange delivery.

At the pharmacy, you will receive a fax or email to let you know that an order is pending. You can text the patient within the app to let them know their order is ready for pickup.
